Queen’s Heels Club is an exclusive membership by QueenLet QueenGet, created for clients who believe beautiful shoes deserve consistent, expert care.

As a luxury resale brand known for high-end designer pieces, QueenLet QueenGet now offers a members-only shoe maintenance experience focused on preserving the beauty, stability, and longevity of your favorite stilettos.

This membership is designed for any stiletto lover — not only designer shoes. Whether your pair is Christian Louboutin, Jimmy Choo, Manolo Blahnik, Saint Laurent, Valentino, Aquazzura, or another elegant stiletto style, our goal is to help you protect what you love to wear.

Because true luxury is not only how you wear it — but how you preserve it.

HOW THE MEMBERSHIP WORKS

Queen’s Heels Club is $49.99 per month with a 3-month minimum commitment.

Members are billed monthly and may cancel any time after the third month.

Your membership gives you access to a private member service portal where you can begin your shoe care services.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

HEEL TIP REPLACEMENT SERVICE

Members receive heel tip replacement for up to 5 pairs per month at no service cost.

At checkout, the heel replacement service will show as $0 for active members. Members are only responsible for the required round-trip shipping label.

ADDITIONAL MEMBER SERVICE

HEELS & SOLE GUARDS SERVICE

Members may also choose our Heels & Sole Guards Service.

Our Italian-imported sole guards are meticulously hand-applied for a seamless finish, helping provide:

• Long-lasting durability
  
• A polished, elegant finish
  

Please note: Sole guards are not included in the monthly membership fee.

If selected, this service will be charged separately at checkout, along with the required round-trip shipping label.

SHIPPING

For all services, members are responsible for shipping costs, including both the shipment to us and the return shipment back to you.

Once members select their preferred service and the number of pairs they are sending, they will complete checkout by paying for the required round-trip shipping.

After checkout is completed, members will receive a prepaid shipping label to send their shoes to us. Once the service is completed, we will use the already-paid return label to carefully ship your shoes back to you.

For convenience and reliability, we currently work with trusted shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Please note: While every order is handled with great care and attention, QueenLet QueenGet is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier damages, lost packages, or issues caused by third-party shipping providers.
