Luxury Item Shipping

At QueenLet QueenGet, every order is handled with exceptional care through our white-glove shipping process. Each item is carefully inspected, professionally packaged, and securely prepared for transit with attention to every detail.

We currently ship through trusted carriers including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

All orders are complimentary insured through our third-party insurance provider for added peace of mind and buyer protection.

Typical delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days, however we always aim to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Queen’s Heels Club — Member Shipping

For all Queen’s Heels Club services, members are responsible for round-trip shipping costs, including:

  • shipping shoes to us
  • return shipping back to you

During checkout, members will select their preferred service and number of pairs, then complete payment for the required round-trip shipping.

Once checkout is completed:

  1. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you for sending your shoes to us.
  2. After your service is completed, we will carefully package and return your shoes using the prepaid return label already included in your order.
