Return Policy

At QueenLet QueenGet, every item is carefully inspected, photographed, authenticated, and described in detail before being listed for sale. As a small independent business specializing in pre-loved luxury items, we kindly ask customers to review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of pre-loved luxury goods, we do not accept returns based on:

• change of mind
• buyer’s remorse
• fit, color, or size preference
• expectation differences regarding vintage/pre-loved condition

Return Eligibility

A return request may only be considered if:

• The item received does not match the listing description in a significant way
• undisclosed major damage or wear is present
• the incorrect item was received

All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos and explanation.

Please note:
Minor signs of wear, vintage aging, leather softening, scent sensitivity, or natural characteristics of pre-loved luxury items do not qualify for a return.
